Standing Trunk Rotation Stretch

Want to be more consistent? Gain more distance? Play with less pain?

Simple stretching exercises can go a long way to improve your golf game when practiced on consistent basis. The standing trunk rotation stretch will help you improve your range of motion through backswing and follow-through positions.

  1. From a standing position, place club across front of shoulder blades.
  2. With feet shoulder width apart, rotate upper body until you feel the stretch.
  3. Hold and then turn opposite way.
