Client of the Month
GolfTEC Downtown client of the month is Jessica Cornelius. Jessica is a former Kentucky women䴜s amateur champion. She has reached the semifinals the last two years but lacked the length to compete with the young guns. Jessica drives over two hours to get to GolfTEC to be instructed by Coach Gary Marco. She had a slightly steep downswing and a large flip at impact. She worked hard to tighten her swing and get better on-plane. Jessica is now hitting the ball 30 yards farther off the tee. Lately, she has been scoring near or under par. Keep up the good work, Jessica!

Blue Ash

Client of the Month
GolfTEC Blue Ash client of the month for May is Brennen Walsh, age 13. Brennen started working with his Coach, Jim Peters and had the classic junior downswing problem of being too upright, getting stuck on his right hip, and lifting up onto his toes. With hard work Brennen learned to keep his feet down and clear through the right side. Last summer as a 12-year old, he competed on the U.S. Kids Golf Tour, winning three of eight local events and never finishing worse than third place. Brennen shot a career round 72 at the regional qualifier and was able to compete in the nationals at Pinehurst. This month he goes to Edinburgh, Scotland to compete. Good luck, Brennen!

If you have not been had a g-FIT for new clubs, now is the time. With the golf season gearing up and warmer air arriving, many of the companies have equipment that may help your golf game. We work with Mizuno, Ping, Callaway, Adams and TaylorMade.
Don't forget about checking your putter. If you've never had your putter tested, you will want to take advantage of a g-PUTT lesson. Consult your Certified Professional Coach about scheduling a g-FIT today.
