The new Ping I15 and G15 line is here! You now have the
ability to demo the new drivers, fairway woods and hybrids or set up
your next Personal Club Fitting. All inquires should contact

The new R9 irons are here. The R9 iron is engineered with stealth technology -- incredibly advanced innovations that you can’t see, but deliver groundbreaking performance in player’s shot shape. The R9 long- and mid-irons are equipped with a Velocity-Control Chamber and weightless soft real foam. Their ultrathin face flexes like a thin-faced driver for higher COR, which will give you faster ball speed and added distance. The R9 iron is also available in a TP version as well. Stop by either of our Kansas City GolfTEC Improvement Centers to demo these cutting-edge irons.
GolfTEC Overland Park is proud to announce the addition of the
Callaway OptiFit System as well as the Mizuno Custom Fitting
Station. The Optifit system includes six FT-IQ heads, 12 FT-9
heads, as well as 12 different shaft options, which give us a
possibility of 216 total driver configurations. Each shaft can be
interchanged with any clubhead so you will have no uncertainty as to
how a particular shaft and head will perform for your improved
swing. In addition, there are 12 irons heads and 20 shafts for a
total of 240 unique iron configurations. The Mizuno Flex Analyzer
will analyze several different characteristics that occur during your
individual golf swing. The addition of these two systems will
give us the ability to offer more selection to your club fitting
needs.
Make sure that your game is at its peak. Getting fit by your
Coach is a great way to insure that your equipment has a positive
effect on your game. Be sure to contact your Coach to schedule
your Iron, Driver or Putter fitting.
Pay close attention to the scheduled maintenance on HWY 69.
Particular sections of HWY 69 will be under construction over the next
few weeks. Expect delays and be sure to add this to your
estimated travel time.
Construction continues at the Cherokee South Shopping Center.
As construction continues there are plans that will cause other
entrances to be closed or blocked off for days or weeks at a
time. Please be aware that we will still maintain our regular
business hours, but you may need to find a different entrance to get to
our Improvement Center than you are used to. All routes from
Antioch to our storefront continue to be unavailable.
As your swing evolves, so should your goals. Book a 30-minute
appointment with your Coach to review your accomplishments in 2009 and
set new goals for 2010. Use your game tracking stats to expose
your strengths and weaknesses. Have you taken outdoor short game,
putting or playing lessons? Call either Kansas City Improvement
Center to schedule your complimentary Goal Analysis Session with your
Coach!
Do you need an extra fairway wood? Should you add another
wedge? Do you have the proper shafts? Should you get
fit? These are all questions that we have asked ourselves at one
time. The Set Analysis is a 30-minute session that focuses on
improving your current set of clubs. Within the Set Analysis, you
and your Coach will review your length, lie, shaft options and set
makeup. Using our patented technology, we will analyze the club
specifications of your entire bag. Within this 30-minute session,
you will gain peace of mind with customized solutions obtained by
our fact-based analysis. Make sure that you are properly equipped
for the upcoming 2010 golf season. Call either Kansas City

The annual Kansas City Golf Show is rapidly approaching and will take place from February 19 to February 21 at the Overland Park International Trade Center! As usual your GolfTEC Kansas City Coaches will be on hand giving out FREE swing demonstrations to everyone in attendance! GolfTEC Kansas City also has the distinguished honor of being the “Stage Sponsor.” Be sure to come by and say hello to our Coaches. The show will be open on Friday from 1-7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. -- 7 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. -- 4 p.m.
Even though there is snow on the ground, everyone needs to start
thinking about outdoor and short game lessons for the upcoming
season. Make sure you stay in contact with your Coach to
ensure that you receive current information on their outdoor
schedules. Remember, once the weather improves, outdoor lessons
will be at a premium. Be sure to get your outdoor lessons
booked well in advance.
