Client of the Month
Congratulations to our client of the month, Lana Coble, EWGA Houston Chapter Champion! If that name sounds familiar, it‰¥ús because she‰¥ús been the client of the month before (and you obviously read the newsletter!). Lana has become the GolfTEC ‰¥þposter child‰¥ÿ for what it takes to get better and improve. Lana has been taking lessons since 2003 at the GolfTEC location near the Galleria from Dave Baltzer. Through her hard work and dedication to improvement, Lana has seen a dramatic decrease in her handicap as well as shooting career low rounds of 77 for 18 holes and 36 for nine holes. Lana‰¥ús most recent accomplishment, winning the EWGA Houston Chapter Championship, occurred at Oakhurst Golf Club. Despite the very windy conditions, Lana was able to hit 10 of 14 fairways off the tee box as well as eight greens in regulation to outlast the 27 other contestants she was competing against. Lana‰¥ús short game proved deadly, helping her to fire an 82 gross score (42 on the front, 40 on the back) and 70 net.åÊ Lana‰¥ús win advances her to the EWGA Texas Regional Tournament on July 19th in Fort Worth, TX at the Champions Circle Golf Course where she will represent the Houston chapter as they compete against other EWGA chapters from all over Texas. Go get ‰¥ùem!
