Built with more than 40 years of short-game expertise, the Cleveland Golf RTZ 2 Wedge combines tour-inspired shaping with responsive feel, reliable control, and consistent spin. Roger Cleveland worked alongside Cleveland Golf engineers and tour professionals to redesign every sole grind, including the return of the legendary 588 grind.
Choose MID, FULL, LOW, or 588 for a traditional head shape and groove pattern. The ADAPT grind adds a high-toe profile and full-face grooves for open-face finesse shots. RTZ 2 is offered in Tour Satin, Black Satin, and Tour Rack finishes, with lofts from 46° to 64°.
Roger Cleveland Signature Grinds
Every RTZ 2 sole grind was redesigned with input from engineers and tour professionals. The lineup includes MID, FULL, LOW, ADAPT, and the returning 588 grind.
ZipCore iQ
Uniquely optimized hosel cores for each loft and grind redistribute mass to improve consistency and control on both center and off-center strikes.
Z-Alloy
This proprietary steel is softer, less dense, and highly durable, producing responsive feel, improved forgiveness, and consistent performance. Its rust-resistant properties help Tour Rack wedges maintain a like-new appearance.
HydraZip
Face blasts and laser-milled lines maximize spin in wet conditions. Loft-specific configurations balance spin across the set and improve performance in adverse weather.
UltiZip
Sharper, deeper grooves cut through grass and debris while helping clear sand, dirt, and water from the impact zone for consistent spin from the fairway, rough, or bunker.
Grind Options
MID offers 10° of bounce for all-around performance. FULL provides 12° of bounce for softer conditions, bunkers, and steeper swings. LOW uses 6° of bounce for firm conditions and finesse shots. The 588 grind offers 8° of bounce and classic versatility. ADAPT combines 8° of bounce with a high-toe shape and full-face grooves for open-face shots.
Stock Components
Tour Satin and Black Satin models use a True Temper Dynamic Gold Spinner Tour Issue steel shaft. Tour Rack models use a Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400 steel shaft. The stock grip is a Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360.
