Description

Looking for the lowest spinning drivers of 2026? Watch as we compare the top three low-spin driver models designed for golfers who want to reduce excess spin, fight the left miss, and control ball flight off the tee. This video breaks down how CG placement, MOI, and adjustable weighting influence spin rates and shot shape.

00:00:00 - Let's discuss the top three lowest spinning drivers for 2026, examining their shared features and differences.

00:00:15 - The Callaway Quantum in the Triple Diamond model features a low-spin design with a slight fade bias, a new Triforce titanium face combined with poly mesh and carbon fiber for increased ball speed, and an adjustable weighting system for customization, offering high MOI and forgiveness.

00:01:08 - The Callaway Triple Diamond Quantum offers a low-spin, fade-biased driver with an adjustable CG, while the Cobra Optm LS features uniquely positioned weights for customizable forgiveness and configuration.

00:02:02 - Adjusting the weight placement on the driver affects its spin, bias, and forgiveness, with front weights lowering spin but reducing MOI, while the lowest CG and MOI are found in the TaylorMade Qi 4D LS driver.

00:02:58 - The TaylorMade Qi4D LS driver features a low-spin, low-center-of-gravity design with adjustable weighting to reduce hooks and improve forgiveness, making it ideal for consistent middle-face hitters.

00:03:49 - For low spin and minimal left curve shots, consider the Qi40 LS from Tailor Made, Optm LS from Cobra, or Callaway Quantum Triple Diamond, all excellent spin fighters worth checking out at your local golf shop.

🔩 Cobra's Optm LS driver features uniquely positioned, adjustable weight ports that allow golfers to customize spin and forgiveness.

🎯 The TaylorMade Qi40 LS achieves the lowest center of gravity among the three, delivering minimal left curvature and very low spin for consistent ball flights.

0:00 All right, guys. Let's talk about the top three lowest spinning drivers for

0:04 2026. Some of the features that maybe they share and what differentiates these

0:00 three clubs that I am holding here. So, first things first, we're going to get to the Callaway Quantum in their

0:19 triple diamond. Triple Diamond's always their low spin model, and generally it does have a little bit of fade bias

0:26 built into it. This year it's going to be no different with the Quantum from Callaway. Now they have introduced their

0:33 Triforce face, titanium face on the outside, but does have some internal poly mesh and carbon fiber layers that

0:39 help to increase ball speeds. Features this year that are going to be maybe a little bit different than the triple

0:44 diamond of the past is we do have their AP APW adjustable weighting system in the back. So, you can go from a neutral

0:52 setting or a fade setting if the neutral, which is a little fade bias to start with, doesn't work for you. Now, as far as measurements go, we measure

1:00 this one at about 4,900 on the MOI. Pretty high MOI for a low spin driver. Pretty forgiving for what it is. So, that's a good thing. But, we do still

1:08 only have the CG about 1 and a half millimeters above center and ever so slightly towards the toe, even in that uh neutral setting. move it into the

1:17 fade setting in the rear here. Uh you get even more of a fade bias driver. So if you're looking for low spin, uh

1:23 looking for fade bias, don't want to hit that slinging hook, the Triple Diamond Quantum could be a good option for you

1:30 from Callaway. Next up, we're going to talk about Cobra and the Optm LS and some really unique features to the LS this year. Cobra really talking about

1:40 [music] POI, which is essentially MOI and a third axis measurement of forgiveness. Because of that, you see some very unique locations for the

1:48 weight ports uh in the Optm this year. We have one out here on the toe. Pretty traditional, [music] but then we have one kind of in the rear

1:55 heel and then all the way in the rear as well. And all three weights are different. So, you can configure this

2:00 thing very many different ways. They do make it easy though. They tell you you put the heavy weight uh in the toe,

2:05 that's the fade port. put it in the rear heel. That's more of the accuracy port they're calling it. And then if you're

2:11 just trying to make this low spin driver as forgiving as possible, put the weight all the way in the back. When you do

2:16 that, the MOI comes in at about uh 4600. Move the weight all the way to the

2:22 front, the heavy one. Not only is it fade bias, MOI comes down to about 4,300. Now, the good thing is whenever

2:27 you do want to position the weight all the way in the front, get the spin as low as you can. The CG is about 2

2:33 millimeters high and 2 millimeters towards the toe. Again, another great low spinning hook fighting driver, but

2:41 the lowest CG, lowest MOI that we're seeing out of all of them is going to be the Qi 4D LS from TaylorMade this year. [music] No shock. Whenever you get a low

2:52 CG driver, MOI tends to get down close to 4,000. No different with the LS40, 200, we'll call it, uh, with the Qi40.

3:01 But the good news is CG is only one millimeter above center. We don't see that number very often. Very low

3:07 spinning driver. And the CG is about 3 millimeters into the toe. So again, if you fight a hook trying to keep the spin

3:13 down, the Qi4D in the LS model from TaylorMade could be a great option for you. Has a 15 g weight, which can then

3:21 go to the back to replace the four. That'll increase the spin a little bit,

3:24 increase the forgiveness a little bit.

3:26 But again, this is a driver made for people that hit the middle [music] of

3:29 the face more often than not. So, we're

3:32 looking for when we're testing this driver is low spin numbers, but then

3:35 also shots that simply just don't curve to the left.

3:40 And one thing I will say about the TaylorMade drivers, they've done a great job over the years of improving

3:45 the sound and the feel when they add this composite body with the composite

3:49 base. So, looking for low spin, looking for shots that don't overly curve to the

3:52 left, Qi40 LS from TaylorMade's a great option. Got your Optm LS from Cobra or

3:58 your Callaway Quantum Triple Diamond. They're all spin fighters. Bite that

4:04 hook as well. No better place to check them out than your local golf.
